My background

With nine years of experience as a massage therapist, energy healer, bodyworker, and somatic coach, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to help you release tension and restore balance in both body and mind.

I have a strong grasp of body mechanics and how patterns of tension build and hold in the body, but just as importantly, I bring deep attunement and compassion to my work, always meeting you where you are—physically, emotionally, and mentally and tailoring each treatment to meet your needs.

My approach

My goal is to make each person feel truly seen and cared for, tailoring every session to what your body and mind need in the moment. We always work with your nervous system and breath to ensure that any shift—whether through massage therapy, energy healing, or coaching—happens at a pace that feels natural, never overwhelming, and easily integrated into your life.

In bodywork, energy or sound healing sessions, this might mean deep relaxation, release, and a sense of ease in your body and mind.
In somatic coaching, it can be about building resilience, fostering self-empowerment, and moving forward with greater confidence and agency.

Whatever the session, the focus is always on supporting you in a way that feels right for where you are.

A safer and inclusive space

I fully appreciate how important it is to feel safe and comfortable in a therapeutic or coaching environment, especially in such an intimate situation as receiving a bodywork treatment.

I’m queer, trans, and AUDHD myself, so I have a firsthand understanding of the importance of safety, autonomy, and clear communication in a therapeutic or coaching setting.

In my practice, I take a client-led & consent-led approach, meaning you have full control over your experience. This starts with discussing the treatment in detail as well as going over your preferences, boundaries or any concerns.

During the session, you’re always  encouraged to let me know if you’d like to adjust pressure, request changes to techniques, take breaks, or if anything else comes up.

I also ensure that my space is as calming and sensory-friendly as possible. The lighting is soft, warm, and dimmable. I usually play gentle music, but silence is always an option. I also tend to use light, natural scents in the room, but we can absolutely skip those if needed.
